Privacy policy
Effective from 22 October 2026
This is an English translation of the Slovak text. If the two versions differ, the Slovak version applies.
This page explains what happens to the data you send us through the form on this website, or by email together with a floor plan. We have tried to write it so that it can actually be read.
1. Who processes your data

We have not appointed a data protection officer (DPO) — for the scope of processing described below, the GDPR does not require us to.
2. What data we process
Through the contact form we process only what you write to us yourself:
- your full name,
- the name of your development company or firm (optional),
- your email address,
- your phone number (optional),
- the text of your message.
When you send the form, the server also records the time it was sent and your IP address. We need them to be able to trace an enquiry that got lost on the way and to tell people apart from automated bots. We collect nothing else from you through the website. The website has no analytics, uses no cookies and does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers.
3. Why we process it
So that we can reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box when sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will then delete the data, but we will no longer be able to reply to you. If you order a tour, we process the data needed to prepare and invoice it in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for no longer than 12 months. This applies both to email and to the copy of the enquiry on the website server, which the server deletes by itself after this period. We keep the floor plan and materials for the tour for as long as your tour is hosted (they may be needed for changes) and delete them no later than 3 months after hosting ends. If no order results from the enquiry, the 12-month period applies to them as well. Retention periods required by the Slovak Accounting Act apply separately.
5. Who receives the data
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC
Our mailbox is run on Gmail, so your message is stored on Google's servers. Google is a US company and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the 3D demo tour
The demo tour runs on Cloudflare's servers and loads only when you start it yourself by clicking. At that moment your IP address reaches them, just as when you open any other web page. Cloudflare is a US company and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Until you start the tour, nothing is sent to them.
Websupport s. r. o., Karadžičova 7608/12, 821 08 Bratislava, Company ID 36 421 928 — hosting of this website
The website and the contact form run on Websupport's servers in Slovakia. When you send the form, a copy of the enquiry is stored on this server so that it is not lost even if the email does not arrive. We delete it from there once the retention period has passed.
We do not share the data with anyone else and do not sell it. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Your rights
With regard to your data, you have the right:
- to access the data we hold about you,
- to have incorrect data corrected,
- to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”),
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing,
- to withdraw your consent, at any time.
Just write to us at any of the contacts given above. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
7. Floor plan, materials and your tour
We prepare the tour from the floor plan and materials you send us (for example visualisations or a choice of materials). We do not visit the site and do not photograph your apartment. We model the furnishings in the tour, so none of your personal belongings end up in it.
We use the floor plan and materials only to prepare your tour. If they contain names, an address or other personal data, we do not put them into the finished tour.
You receive the finished tour and you decide who you send it to or where you embed it. We may also show tours we have prepared as examples of our work, for example on this website. For apartments belonging to private individuals we never state the name, the address or anything that would reveal who owns the apartment. If you do not want this, just tell us when ordering or at any time later, and we will not include the tour among our examples, or we will remove it from them. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in showing our work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and you can object to it at any time.
8. Cookies
This website stores no cookies on your device and has no analytics. That is why you will not find a cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.
The 3D demo tour does not load by itself. It starts only when you click on it, and only then does its content begin to download (about 30 MB).
We have checked that the tour itself does not store anything on your device either — no cookies and no other storage. When it starts, only your IP address reaches its hosting, as described above.
9. Changes
When we change this text, we will update the date at the top of the page. We do not archive older versions — the website is new and for now it would be a formality without content.
